I contacted many facilities in the area, but LockAway were way above all others as far as explaining and assisting in my storage needs.
I was invited to view the facility which is new, clean and brightly lit with a big secuirty gate, an indoor loading bay, which meant I did not have to worry about loading or unloading my goods outside in the wind and rain and in the public view. As a woman on her own a lot of the time, this was a key factor in my decision as I felt very secure compared to others facilities I had visited.
The staff are fantastic, very welcoming (offering tea and biscuits) and helpful, and they made sure that I got the correct size room for what I needed.
Overall, I always look forward to going to my storage when I have to go, look forward to seeing the always chirpy staff who can help brighten up anyone's day. If you put the staff and the facility together I could not ask for any better value for my money or peace of mind - I am so pleased I made that call!
